How to Record a Cash Sale with Change Due in Cartpo
Ring a cash sale on Cartpo, tap denominations, handle exact/overpay, and show Change Due clearly.

- Steps at a glance
- 1. Enter the amountOn Calculator (or after catalog checkout), select Cash and continue.
- 2. Tap denominationsOn Cash Collection, tap notes/coins the customer gave you until received ≥ total.
- 3. CompleteIf exact, complete the sale. If overpaid, follow Change Due and return the displayed amount.

Steps
- Enter the sale total (or checkout a cart).
- Select Cash → Next (scan discount QR or Skip if prompted).
- On Cash Collection, tap denominations to match cash received (use exact-amount shortcut if they pay precisely).
- If underpaid, collect more. If exact, Complete sale.
- If overpaid, confirm Give change & complete → Change Due shows the return amount.
- Hand change, tap Done / New sale, optionally send a receipt.
