Is my login a PIN or a password?

Complete Settings so your shop exists (name, type, about, phone, address, cover image, hours, operation mode). Add Payment Methods for Direct (MoMo/bank) sales. Catalog/menu items need a paid plan above Standard.

How do I set shop currency?

Drawer → Settings → Shop currency. Prices and checkout use that currency (including NGN, GHS, KES, XAF, XOF, GBP, EUR, USD, and others).

Drawer → Payment Methods → Add Payment. Choose account provider/type (for example MoMo or Bank) and enter the account details you use at the counter.

Calculator (home) tab: type a total for fast sales. Dashboard tab: tap products into a cart, then Checkout. Use both in one day if you need to.

Cash uses the denomination pad and change due. Direct records non-cash methods you configured (MoMo, bank transfer, etc.) after you confirm the money in those apps.

Basic cash/direct sales can queue and sync when you reconnect. Check Profile for pending sync. Keep a physical cash count at close.

How do I send a receipt on WhatsApp?

After Sale complete, use Send receipt → WhatsApp (or Share / Email). The customer gets a summary from your phone’s share sheet.

Edit items → open a product → Add Discount → choose Join2save discount. Set the %, required number of buyers, Share Captain benefits, and valid duration. Customers join squads on iHolda; you configure the offer in Cartpo.

Does Join2Save run entirely inside Cartpo?

No. Merchants configure Join2save product discounts in Cartpo. Shoppers form squads and complete group checkout on iHolda. At the counter you can scan their iHolda QR to apply the group discount.

If your shop has discounts, checkout can open Discount? so you scan the customer’s iHolda QR to apply their discount — or tap Skip for a normal sale.

On a catalog item, choose Add Live Auction. Enable it, set starting auction price and optional reserve, and host adjustment if needed. Selling live on iHolda is on Pro/Max plans.
