Cartpo is your merchant register and ops hub. iHolda is an optional consumer reach channel for discovery, Join2Save squads, live selling, and online orders. You keep approvals and fulfillment in Cartpo.

How do I create a Join2Save discount on Cartpo?

Edit items → open a product → Add Discount → choose Join2save discount. Set the %, required number of buyers, Share Captain benefits, and valid duration. Customers join squads on iHolda; you configure the offer in Cartpo.

How do I link or approve creators?

Creators send a link request. Open Creator Partnership (drawer), review Pending, then Approve or Reject. Set commission under Commissions. Plan caps: Standard 0, Premium up to 5, Pro/Max unlimited.

How do I sell on iHolda?

Drawer → Sell Online → turn on Sell on iHolda so your shop is visible. WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok channels are Coming Soon.

Why can’t I add menu items on Standard?

Standard is free for core POS but requires an upgrade to add catalog/menu items. Premium allows up to 25; Pro/Max are unlimited (confirm live plan cards in the app).
