How to Add MoMo or Bank Payment Methods in Cartpo
Add Direct payment methods (MoMo, bank, and other account types) in Cartpo so you can record non-cash sales at the counter.

- Steps at a glance
- 1. Open Payment MethodsIn the Cartpo drawer, tap Payment Methods.
- 2. Add PaymentChoose Add Payment and pick account provider/type (for example MoMo or Bank).
- 3. Enter account detailsFill the account fields you use to receive money, then save.
- 4. Test a Direct saleRing a small Direct sale and select the new method after confirming funds in your MoMo/bank app.

Direct on the Cartpo keypad means “non-cash method I track.” You still confirm the transfer in MTN MoMo, bank, or Orange Money — Cartpo records which method the customer used.
Steps
- Open the drawer menu → Payment Methods.
- Tap Add Payment (Restaurant Add Payment / payment slot).
- Set Account provider / Type — e.g. Momo, Bank, Card (as labels for how you get paid).
- Enter Account details (number/name as your shop uses them).
- Save, then run a Direct test sale on the Calculator tab.
