3. Open Drop-off agentWork Accept, Inventory, and Shipments tabs for parcels you handle.

Some merchants earn by being a neighborhood drop-off / pick-up point. Cartpo exposes that as Drop Off + a dedicated agent screen on higher plans.

Steps

Confirm your plan includes Earn from Drop off / Pick up (Pro/Max).
Drawer → turn Drop Off on (visibility / agent participation).
Open Drop-off agent.
Use Accept for incoming parcels, Inventory for what you hold, Shipments for outbound progress.
Generate or attach tracking when the UI requires it.
Optionally configure drop-off location details on dashboard.cartpo.com → Deliveries.
