Quick amount is fastest when you already know the total. Catalog checkout is better when SKUs, variants, or live inventory matter.
When to use catalog checkout
- Boutique / beauty / electronics with many SKUs.
- Live selling where the last unit must not double-sell.
- Staff should not invent prices.
- You want item-level history later.
Steps
- Add products (Quick add or full add) until the Dashboard grid is populated.
- Open the Dashboard tab.
- Search or use category chips to find items.
- Tap to add to cart; adjust quantities on the checkout bar.
- Tap Checkout — you continue with the cart total (no free-typed keypad).
- Choose Cash or Direct; handle Discount? if it appears.
- Finish Sale complete and optionally share a receipt.
